2024 Vendors

We are in search of vendors to fill this year’s Asian Night Market event. Please read the guidelines thoroughly before applying to the night market to ensure eligibility to vend.

Applications are accepted on first come first serve basis per year for outdoor and indoor spaces. Asian Night Market reserves the right to refuse vendor applications that do not meet our event's criteria or align with our current needs.

Important Guidelines:

1. All vendors must apply annually regardless of previous participation.

2. Vendors must be Asian American or Pacific Islander owned

3. The number of vendors per category is taken into account. Some categories fill quickly.

4. Priority will be given to vendors selling products or providing an activity to guests.

5. You MUST be available to stay for the entire event. On the day of the event:

   • Check-in and set up begins at 1:30pm (vendors must arrive no later than 3:30pm)

   • Takedown occurs immediately after the event ends at 9:00pm.

6. Internet connection may be poor, please consider providing your own hotspot, if needed.

7. In the event of rain/poor weather, outside vendors will be moved inside.

Fee Details:

The base vendor fee reserves a 6 ft. table inside or 8 ft. table on the street outside of the Plains Art Museum for the event.

• Base vendor fee: $25

• 2nd table: Additional $15

• Tablecloths are required to cover and protect the 6ft/8ft table. You may bring your own or rent for an additional $6 for each table.

• Access to electrical outlets is limited and requires an additional $5 fee.

• Fees are nonrefundable.

• To secure your spot, fees are due a week after your acceptance as a vendor (or 48 hours if accepted from the wait list after April 24th).

  • NOTE: If fees are not paid by the deadline, your table will be forfeited and the next on the wait list will be contacted.

*Note this year we will be holding a Pre-Social Event for hosts, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers to get to know one another and learn more about what to expect day-of. We will contact you with more information regarding the Pre-Social once additional details have been finalized.
